Child Safety Standards

Last updated: July 6, 2026

fram.d has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards describe how we prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE on the fram.d app and related services (the "Service"), how you can report it, and how to reach us. They form part of our Terms of Service and apply to everyone who uses fram.d.

1. Our commitment

We are committed to keeping fram.d free of child sexual abuse and exploitation. We prohibit any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or otherwise harms children, and we act on credible reports. Our standards are designed to comply with applicable child safety laws and with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

2. Prohibited conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on fram.d:

Violations result in immediate removal of the content, permanent termination of the account, and — where required — reporting to law enforcement and relevant authorities.

3. Minimum age

fram.d is not directed to children. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the Service. We do not knowingly allow anyone under this age to create an account. If we learn that an account belongs to an underage user, we will remove it.

4. How we enforce these standards

fram.d is a private, invite-and-tag network rather than a public feed — a memory is visible only to its author and the people they choose to tag. To keep the Service safe, we:

5. How to report CSAE

If you encounter content or behavior on fram.d that may involve the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child, please report it right away:

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

6. What we do with reports

We treat CSAE reports as our highest priority. When we receive one, we review it promptly, remove violating content, disable the accounts involved, preserve relevant records, and — where the report concerns apparent CSAM or an imminent threat to a child — escalate it to the appropriate authorities.

7. Reporting to authorities

Where we identify apparent child sexual abuse material, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via its CyberTipline and/or to the relevant law enforcement agency in the applicable jurisdiction, in line with applicable law. Anyone can also report directly to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org.
